BLOG CANDY WINNER!!!

Hey, everyone!
We had two really great entries for this Blog Candy. Both were really super and I liked them a lot. Unfortunately there is only ONE Birthday Party in a Box, so I had to make a decision. Before I announce the winner, let's see what she won:

This Birthday Party in a box includes:
  • a box of Little Debbie Fudge Brownies with English Walnuts
  • a package of Kool-Aid pink lemonade packets
  • Happy Birthday balloons in assorted colors
  • Cake Mate party candles "Confetti" which are really festive, I might add LOL
  • a rubber stamp from The Angel Company that I selected
  • a treat pouch for most of the goodies
  • and a handmade birthday card
In order to participate in the blog candy you had to make a card for a baby boy! The card made by Christina Wernstrum is so adorable and so that is the one I chose. It opens up to say Hip, Hip, Hooray, It's Your Special Day! And then that flap opens up to say Happy Birthday! You can see her card here!

And since the other card is also fabulous, I will be sending a little treat to the runner-up, as well. Kimberly Lempfert made a really great card that you can see here. I love those cute little monkeys playing and hanging from the Happy B-day sign!

Thank you both for participating. It was so much fun and I hope you enjoyed it! You will each receive something from me this coming week!

It's already after midnight here in Indiana, so that means my baby boy is 1 year old....well at 9:09 a.m. he will be officially one full year old!!!! Awww! I may cry! Here are the little treat pouches every family will get (stuffed with cookies) as a little party favor for celebrating with us!

I think they turned out cute. I love the stamp image and it's fun to color! We're making these pouches along with recipe cards and a recipe box at my next class at Memory Lane Scrapbook store in Bedford, Thursday, August 28! Hope to see you there if you can make it!

Hugs,
Bridgett
