StampTACular Tuesday: WINNER & NEW CHALLENGE!

Hello, everyone!
It's time for a new challenge! Can you believe it? It doesn't seem like it's been a week but it has!
Before we get to this week's challenge, let's look back. For our INSPIRATION CHALLENGE last week, we used this photograph:
I came up with a 6x6 scrapbook page that will become a progressive page up to 12x12. This is a photo of my cousin's premature baby taken around the time he was scheduled to be born though he was almost 3 months old!

***And for this week's StampTACular Tuesday Challenge we are going OLD SKEWL!***

Put up those fancy embellishments, no brads, buttons, eyelets, allowed! Make a project using ONLY paper, ink, stamps and deco scissors, if you want! I chose to make some note cards. They are measured at 4"x8", the white cardstock is 3 7/8" x 6," the strips at the bottom are varied. Here's what I came up with:
