My friend, Christina, told me about this amazing challenge that she and our friend, Amber, are doing and asked me to join them. I am excited to be participating. There are two challenges HIS HOLY NAME and SCRIPTURE CHALLENGE. I plan on doing both if I can, but the three of us will be sharing our scrapbook layouts each Wednesday for this particular challenge. I had started out thinking I would do a mini album or at least something like a 6x6. Once I looked up the scriptures on faith and journaled about my personal beliefs, I soon realized I would need something larger! I decided to go with a 12x12 scrapbook size but then I would need to go buy an album and pages and really I don't have the money for all that right now, so I compromised. This is my 8½x11 layout and I will just alter one of my 3 ring binders and that will be my Scripture Challenge Scrapbook. This is my first scrapbook page that I have done in a long time. I am a little rusty but I like how it turned out.
The journaling says:FAITH
What is faith?
I know what the Bible says faith is but in my own words, faith is believing in something greater than myself and trusting things I don't even fully understand, and knowing that I am not alone.
Why do I believe what I believe?
I grew up in the church my whole life and many people told me what to believe. As an adult, I started reading the Word for myself, weeding out opinions of others and choosing what I believed based on the Word of God and my convictions. The times I questioned what I should do, think or feel, I was comforted by the scriptures and God would guide me in the direction I should go.
Who or what is the object of my faith?
There is only one object of my faith and that is God. He is the Creator of the universe. He has always been and always will be. He works in me, through me, around me and on my behalf. He loves and protects me. He heals me and saves me. He cleanses me and keeps me. He shields me and showers love and blessings on me. He sent His Son Jesus to die for me. He knows my name. He knows how many hairs are on my head. He gives me peace and joy. He comforts me. He lets me rest. He speaks to me and calls me His own. He wants me. He teaches me. He cares for me. He is. He simply IS.

you page is beautiful girl and u did a great job I am glad to be doing this challange with you both and I think like i said the other night and on Christinas page that the 3 of us not only are going to be alot stronger in our faith after all of this but will have a friendship and bond that will be hard to break I am glad to be doing it with u guys ! And loved all your insight the other night ! hUgs !

Wow! You've been busy! Great creations! I'll try and finally post another creation done with An'udder birthday for next week. I have plenty of those images stamped and I'm just waiting for the time to work with them.
This post (the one I choosed to comment in) is really meaningful. I think you poured yourself in it and did it beautifully for all to want to take a look into it. By just having it visible you're spreading your faith.
