Hey, everyone!
Yesterday ended up being a really nice day even though it started out as anything but! I gave the Gerbera Daisy card to my mother-in-law instead of my mom and this morning I made a new card for my mom. Here it is:

I used my new Copic markers as well as my stardust glitter gel pens. This card measures 4¼" x 4¼" and uses papers I had in my stash. I like this Magnolia stamp a lot...Farmer Tilda. It's sweet and I thought it would make a fun, playful image on my mom's card. I am eager to get more Copic markers though so I can do more blending and shading. I am excited to learn of 2 places not far from me that carry these and a couple places online that have good prices. They are pricey but buying a little at a time helps! LOL I learned that you can say CO PIC or COP IC and most of the time it doesn't matter but if you are asking for a specific product and say CO PIC to any of the store employees I contacted they will not know what you mean but if I say COP IC they will go, "Oh yeah!" LOL Who knew it would be so hard to find out if these markers are in stock? LOL
My weekend was fun. I had a wonderful day with my family! My camera is not working...will not turn on for me at all so I didn't get any pictures. Unfortunately my sister's memory was full so she couldn't get any either. I will keep the memories in my heart, though!
Check back tomorrow for StampTACular Tuesday where Christina and I will wow you with our fun cards! For my Divine Design Bible Verse Challenge '09 project I chose Proverbs 31:27-30 for my calendar page. Read the scripture
here online.
Hugs,
