Scripture Challenge GLORY

Hey, everyone!

It's already the middle of the week! By this time next week my daughter will be enjoying the first day of summer vacation! What a fast school year this has been! Amazing!! Since this is Wednesday, it's time for my weekly Scripture Challenge scrapbook page. This week's word for me and Christina to study is GLORY. I am not sure you'll be able to read my page so I am going to give you links to the scriptures that I used today.

All these verses are from the King James Version. You can click on the link to see each passage and change the translation on that page if you want to read from another version. I know there are several scriptures but they just flow so well and if you start at the first scripture and work your way down it's a really awesome message!

You know many people today are seeking their own glory...recognition, praise of others, but that is not why we were created. We were made in the image of God to worship Him and serve Him. Any honor we seek should be for Him. The way we conduct our lives should always be to bring glory to Him and never shame or reproach. I pray that I live my life in a way that will bring glory that is due my LORD.

Today's challenge page is made using another challenge... a Color Combo Challenge from over at Paper Wings. The challenge is to make a project using the colors: brown, pink and white. I used Premium White Cardstock for my scriptures and matted it with a pink paper from the Kaleidoscope Brites paper pack and alphabet stickers from the same paper, all on a brown piece of cardstock from my stash. It is simple but with so many scriptures this time I didn't want to make the layout too busy. I hope you will check out Christina's scripture challenge for today, too!
