I have thoroughly enjoyed being your Angel this year! It's been a VERY good year for me and I am so excited to see what 2010 brings! I wanted to come up with a way to show my appreciation to you...my customers, and I decided to offer a Valued Customer Reward Card. The VCRC is a small card I use to keep track of your purchases each time you place an order with me for TAC products. Everytime you spend $30 you get a punch on your card. I keep track of everything for you so you won't have to. You can e-mail me anytime at hoosier_card_angel@yahoo.com to find out the balance on your card. When the card is filled up you will receive a $50 gift certificate for TAC catalog orders only when you place an order with me. Here's a look at how I have the cards together:
I have the date on the bottom of each card for when they started collecting points. Here are some FAQ's about the card.
Q. Do the cards expire?
A. No, the cards do not have an expiration date. You can continue to accumulate punches on your VCRC through 2010 without needing to start over.
Q. What if I don't order $30 worth of product at a time? Can I combine two orders to make one $30 punch?
A. No. At this time, it is just too difficult to keep track of half-credits. When you place a $30 order you will get one punch. If you place a $60 order you will get two punches. If you placed a $45 order, you would only get one punch.
Q. Which part of my total counts toward the $30?
A. Your subtotal, before any tax and shipping, is what you would be earning punches with.
Q. How will I know when I have earned a punch?
A. Each time you place an order of $30 or more, before shipping and tax charges, you will earn a punch. You can always e-mail me to find out how many punches you have received. hoosier_card_angel@yahoo.com
Q. Do your specials, class fees or kits, etc. qualify me for a punch on my card?
A. At this time, no. Only items purchased through TAC main catalog, spring and fall supplements, SOTM and Vintage SOTM, as well as any special offers they have DO qualify you for the $30 punch.
Q. I joined your Hostess Club this year, do my orders count for rewards?
A. Yes! Your orders through the Hostess Club must be $35 before tax and shipping so that qualifies you for a punch.
