Hey, everyone!
While I was gone on vacation, my husband was suprised to see that I had only taken a Find The Word puzzle book with me! No crafts, no knitting, no stamps and I honestly didn't miss it! It was so much fun to just get away from everything for a week!!! But the resort we stayed at had a craft class that I was very interested in taking! I had always thought it would be neat to make my own jewelry but wasn't sure how to get started, and to be honest, I didn't want to waste a lot of money trying to figure it out! So when I saw the list of things to do in the craft room I was eager to take my daughter and go! She painted a sand dollar and this is what I made:

I chose 9 glass beads: two that looked like beautiful sea shells, two that looked like sand dollars, two that were blue dolphins and two that looked like they have tropical flowers inside. The final glass bead was the colors of the ocean, the sand and the sky...love it! I chose silver spacers to make a pattern and created this really pretty memory bracelet. They call it a memory bracelet because it's on memory wire so it can adjust to fit me or my daughter's arm perfectly! But I think of it as a memory bracelet because of our amazing family vacation!

I won't be making any more jewelry for a while but I definitely want to do more later! It was so much fun!
