Scripture Challenge DESIRE

Hey, everyone!

This is the middle of another week and here at Hoosier Card Angel Creation's that also means time for the weekly Scripture Challenge scrapbook page! This week's word is DESIRE!

My friend Christina asked me to join her and another girl for this Scripture Challenge. We had online Bible study once a week and that was a lot of fun. I still do this challenge with Christina and I enjoy talking to her about scriptures anytime, not just a specific time carved out for Bible study. This has truly been one of the best challenges I've done, though. Not only can I learn more about God's Word, have time to be creative with the scrapbook page, and help others by sharing it on my blog, but it has caused me to grow spiritually as well and I love that!

My scriptures are very familiar ones and if you've been to church much, I'm sure you've heard these quoted. Psalm 37:4 and Mark 11:24 I absolutely love these verses because of what it says about the nature of God. It wasn't enough for God to send His Son Jesus to die on the cross for a world that didn't even care. God actually wants a relationship with us! He wants to give us our heart's desire! What do you desire more than anything else in this world? I want a lot of things...stuff...but what I truly desire is a closer walk with God! I desire that all my family and friends make Jesus LORD of their life before they leave this world so they can make Heaven their eternal home! I desire to see the One who died for me so I can thank Him and tell Him how much I love Him forever!
